Tentative Syllabus
Homework:
Two homework problems will be assigned once a week
in Thursday's lectures. The homework should be turned
in a week after. Homework solutions will be provided
in the library reserve.
Office Hours:
After the lectures Tuesday and Thursday till noon in my office,
5289 Chamberlin. Or you can stop in for discussions at any time,
if you can find me there. An appointment by e-mail

Grading:
The course grade will be based on:
(1). homework performance: 50%;
(2). class attendence/discussions: 30%;
(3). final exam (take home): 20%.
