Grading:
The course grade will be based on:
(1). homework/classroom performance: 50%;
(2). midterm exam (one hour in class, open book/notes, Oct.21, 2005): 20%;
(3). final exam (take home): 30%.
Anticipated grade scale: A,AB > 80% ; B,BC > 60%; C > 40%.
